Return/Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of Leaders Boxing USA products we can only accept returns/exchanges if the product is unused, in pristine condition, and within 15 days of purchase.

• However, if you do have a problem with your purchase please contact us so that we may attempt to help you resolve it.

• Gear that has been used and subject to normal wear and tear is not returnable or exchangeable.

• Please do not use the gear if you feel that there is an issue, please contact us first.

• Refused, returned, or canceled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

• Exchange shipping will not be paid by Leaders Boxing USA, but by the Customer.

• Shipping charges are not refundable any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

• You can request a return shipping label to be emailed to you, but the cost will come out of the refund as we do not refund any shipping charges. 

• Please contact us prior to any and all returns. 

Shipping Information

Shipping is free of charge. All of our items are shipped securely and delivered within 3-9 business days. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us via e-mail. Customer must pay for expedited shipping. If you would like your product shipped internationally, contact us.
